Leadership in the public sector has evolved and continues to increase in complexity. Many new and emerging leaders are asked to take on roles that involve a significant change agenda. As a leader, you must reconcile a dynamic political environment and evolving public expectations with technological advances and a modern, motivated, and engaged workforce, to develop an organizational culture built on excellence. The Excellence in Public Sector Leadership (EPSL) program provides the tools and insights necessary to lead and navigate this turbulent and exhilarating journey.
Successful participants will earn their certification and the Public Sector Leader (PSL) designation!
Full Program Stream
The Full Program is a four month program plus completion of a Capstone Report. The Capstone Report must receive a minimum grade of 70% to pass.
The Flexible Pathway Option (FPO)
Participants partaking in the FPO may only obtain their certification and designation after all the below courses and final Capstone Report have been completed. The themes may be taken in any order:

The Capstone Report must receive a minimum grade of 70% to pass.
Statements of Grade will be available to participants as confirmation that they completed a theme.
