Program Measurement and Evaluation
This workshop provides you with an introduction to the principles and purposes of program evaluation. We will show you how program measurement and evaluation are ultimately used to improve program outcomes and enable programs to meet targets and achieve their purposes.
This workshop will teach you how to use logic models to identify the goals of programs with a focus on outcomes. We will also review how to distinguish between program efficiency and program effectiveness, and we will discuss performance management, benchmarking, program review, and evaluation design.
