Virtual Language and Culture Program

In the virtual language and culture program, study the English language and learn about Canadian culture.

You will practice your English communication skills in a variety of online activities and sessions, including:

• live classes,
• interactive homework assignments,
• virtual tours and activities, and
• live conversation and culture sessions.

• February 28 to March 19, 2026 (Saskatchewan time)

Policies

Program Fees

• Applicants must pay a non-refundable $275 CAD fee at the time of enrolment before being admitted to the program and receiving a Letter of Acceptance. The remaining portion of the program fee must be paid by the first day of the program.
• The total fee may also be paid at the time of enrolment.

Cancellation, Withdrawal and Transfers

• Before the first day of the program
  If an applicant withdraws from or cancels participation in a virtual program prior to the first day of the program, ESL will retain the non-refundable $275 CAD fee.
• After the program has started
  If an applicant withdraws anytime after the program has started, ESL will retain the full program fees.
• One-time transfer
  Prior to the start of the program, an applicant may choose to transfer the $275 CAD non-refundable fee to any other short-term ESL program. The enrolment fee cannot be transferred more than one time and the request must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the program initially enrolled in.
• Group Payment Exception
  If the applicant's fee is part of a group payment, payment of the non-refundable fee will not be required prior to a Letter of Acceptance being issued. Verification the applicant is part of a paying group or cohort is required before a Letter of Acceptance is issued.
