Option 1: New! Introduction to Project Management 3-Day Intensive
Accelerate your progress toward the Project Management Certificate by completing the Introduction to Project Management 3-Day Intensive in Prince Albert, SK. This in-person course fulfills the first two required courses in the program—Fundamental Project Management Principles and Project Planning and Scheduling—allowing you to fast-track your learning.
Option 2: Project Management 5-Day Intensive
Complete three of the seven required courses in just one week with the Project Management 5-Day Intensive (hyperlink)! This intensive option allows students to fulfill the requirements for the following three courses:
- Project Risk and Uncertainty Management
- Project Quality Processes and Management
- Stakeholder, Team and Communication Performance
Note: Individuals may complete BOTH the Introduction to Project Management 3-Day Intensive and Project Management 5-Day Intensive towards the Project Management Certificate program.

Program Summary
- Comprised of: 7 courses
- Intensive Options: Take three required courses in just one week with the Project Management 5-Day Intensive or fast-track the two program pre-requisites with the Introduction to Project Management 3-Day Intensive in Prince Albert. Students may complete both of the intensive options to complete their programs even faster.
- Duration: 14 hours per course (7 courses = 98 hours total)
- Delivery: Face-to-face and remote offerings
- Achievement: Project Management Certificate
- Assessment: Course completion based on pass/fail assigned by instructor. Based on 80% attendance of each day synchronous learning; completing assignments and group work; and active participation. You must commit to a total of 14 hours of learning including: pre-work, after class work with your group, and on your own.
- Completion Timeline: Within three years from the term in which you begin the program
Gold Seal Certification
Course hours can be used towards the Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal Certification application for credits, subject to credit approval upon review.
NOTE: Every 6 hours of learning equals 1 Gold Seal credit.
