Photo of Alisson with a pianoAllison Luff is an accomplished pianist and teacher. Allison’s performance studies have taken her all over Canada, Hungary, Germany, and the United States. Her academic pursuits reflect a deep commitment to both musical excellence and pedagogical innovation. Allison holds a dual Master's degree in Music Education and Music Performance from Western University in London, Ontario. She further honed her expertise at the Kodály Institute of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in Hungary, earning a Diploma in Kodály Music Education with a specialization in Piano Pedagogy.

Allison had the honour of giving a solo piano recital at the University of Regina as the winner of the 2012 Regina Music Club Recital Competition. Beyond her accomplishments as a solo performer, her scholarly pursuits extend to the realm of musicology, with a published thesis exploring the works of American composer Charles Ives. Her passion for research led her to explore the integration of Kodály concepts within the private piano studio, a topic she presented at the 2017 International Kodály Symposium in Camrose, Alberta.

In her role as an educator, Allison imparts her passion for music to aspiring pianists at the intermediate and advanced level. Allison conducts the Prairie Kids Chorus and teaches a musicianship class at the Conservatory of Performing Arts.
