Guitar Lessons with Joe Roussel
Joseph Roussel is a guitarist, educator, and performer from Regina, Saskatchewan. He is a recent graduate of the Music Education program at the University of Regina.
As a gigging musician, you can see Joe performing folk, rock, funk, and indie, among other genres.
Driven by a passion for collaboration, Joe brings that same energy to both his bands and his teaching. He believes that students must take ownership of their work to grow as musicians. He is open to teaching a wide range of styles and always remains adaptable and open-minded, supporting students in pursuing their unique musical goals.

Skill levels: All skill levels
Genres: Any genre
Expectations: Practice expectations are set in lessons and are expected to be carried out by the students on a consistent basis with or without parental supervision depending on age. If students do not consistently practice they will not improve. Students are not expected to participate in recitals but those that show promise and dedication will be highly encouraged.
Supplies Required: I will advise the purchase of any instruments, equipment or music. Students are required to bring their instrument and music to every lesson.
Recommended Lesson Length: 30 or 60 minutes
30-minute Lesson Rate: $32.50 *Private Lessons range from $28.50-35.50 and are based on previous education and experience.
Education: Currently pursuing Bachelor of Music Education
