Leadership in the public sector has evolved and continues to increase in complexity. Many new and emerging leaders are asked to take on roles that involve a significant change agenda. As a leader, you must reconcile a dynamic political environment and evolving public expectations with technological advances and a modern, motivated, and engaged workforce, to develop an organizational culture built on excellence.

The Excellence in Public Sector Leadership (EPSL) program provides the tools and insights necessary for new and emerging public sector leaders to lead and navigate this turbulent and exhilarating journey.

Flexible Pathway Option (FPO) Stream

The FPO stream of the EPSL program allows participants to purchase the four themes of the program individually, permitting for a more modular approach to the program that works with your schedule. If you are looking to improve your skills, but cannot commit to a four month program, or only looking to improve specific areas, the FPO might be for you.

The Self-Assessment is a one-time, prerequisite course that must be purchased alongside the enrollment of your first theme. The themes themselves may be purchased in any order.
