SHOWS - Showtime - Senior (Ages 11-14)
Ages: 11-14
In Showtime - Senior, students learn theatre basics and what it means to be an actor: get a part, learn lines, develop characters, rehearse scenes, and stage two shows a year. Throughout the year students build community and friendships with other young actors all while learning what it means to be a theatre artist and improving acting skills. No audition is required to join this group, all skill levels are welcome! Groups will stage two performances throughout the year. We perform licensed short 30-45 min one act plays for middle years students (plays TBD for 2024-25).
Please note: there is both a 5:30-7:00pm and 7:15-8:45pm Showtime Senior class, please only register for one section.
This group is directed by Vanessa Nezamloo. Showtime is also available for ages 8-10 in our Showtime - Junior program.
Our annual Group Program Showcases run at the beautiful historic Darke Hall. These performances are ticketed. Our performance dates for 2024-25 include:
- Fall Term Showcase – December 8-10, 2024
- Winter Term Showcase – June 8-10, 2025
Exact performance dates for each class will be determined after all theatre programs start.
