Learn the fundamentals of resource planning, including cost and procurement activities related to the defining, sequencing and duration estimation of activities, and resources and related cost estimation, cost management and control.
You will learn how to use effective tools to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget. Your instructor uses case studies, hands-on exercises and problem analysis to simulate the preparation of the project plan.
