Customers are the lifeblood of organizations. Customer care includes relationship building and management which includes critical considerations in building and maintaining positive relationships between companies and organizations and their clients or customers; in turn supporting important business goals and strategic objectives.
In this course, you will examine best practices and necessary skills to cultivate genuine and authentic engagement while improving the customer service experience. Through examining real life organizations, scenarios and application of best practices in various business industries and settings, this course is designed to be a catalyst in advancing the skills required for customer service excellence.

Shari Hildred has over 20 years of management and project experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She shares her expertise in leadership, project management, and communications courses as a Professional Development instructor and facilitator with the U of R. She has delivered customized training for many organizations including the Public Services Commission, the Ministries of Health, Economy, Agriculture and Education, as well as SaskPower, the RCMP and the Red Circle Planning Group.
