WEBI8 - Webinar: Creating a Skilled Workforce – A Guide to the Saskatchewan Job Grant

The Saskatchewan Job Grant supports local employers by providing funding to train, develop and retain a skilled workforce. Funding ensures employees are equipped with the necessary skills to be successful in new jobs or be promoted to better jobs. Through the program, the employer contributes one-third of the training cost, with the remaining two-thirds of the training cost covered by the program. This webinar will be hosted by the Centre for Continuing Education in conjunction with staff from the Saskatchewan Job Grant program. Jeff Bassendowski and Amanda Lavoie, from the Saskatchewan Job Grant team, will provide more information about the goals of the program, eligibility criteria, funding amounts, and the application process.
