BLNP - Body Lab
Body Lab is a course that is an extension to our dance programs designed to develop strength, mobility, coordination, balance and a strong connected core. The class is designed for performers (and perhaps we are all performers)! If you act, dance, sing, play an instrument, engage in public speaking, this class will enhance your skills, technique and confidence in moving and being comfortable in your own body.
This course includes but is not limited to a variety of transformative practices like yoga, pilates, qigong, breathwork, and somatic, intuitive and functional movement. We will focus on breathing, mindfulness, alignment, and stress management.
