This free webinar offers a light‑hearted yet insightful look at actions that project sponsors may take in good faith—but which can unintentionally impede a project team’s ability to deliver successfully. Many of these behaviours stem from common misunderstandings about how project teams actually function and what they need to succeed.
Drawing on real examples from the presenter’s own career, the session will highlight typical pitfalls and their impact on project outcomes. The presentation will also reference how these topics are explored in greater depth within the Project Planning and Scheduling course and the Project Management Practicum offered through the Centre for Continuing Education.
This webinar is designed for two key audiences:
