BPROI - Project Management 5 Day Intensive
The Project Management 5 Day Intensive is a cost-effective and efficient way to fast track the Project Management Certificate.
Complete three required courses in just 5 days:
- Project Risk and Uncertainty Management
- Project Quality Processes and Management
- Stakeholder, Team and Communication Performance
The intensive provides the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to not only plan and execute on time and on budget, but to also deliver within the scope identified to avoid ‘scope creep’ while ensuring a focus on quality is maintained. Further, appropriate risk management and improved engagement and communication with stakeholders and the project team, better positions Project Managers for success.
This course reinforces the scalability and applicability of best practices in project management across all industries, sectors and types of projects.
Students can earn 35 PDUs upon completing the 5 day intensive.
IMPORTANT: You must complete the two Project Management pre-requisite courses prior to the intensive: Fundamental Project Management Principles and Project Planning & Scheduling.
Students who complete the Project Management Certificate become University of Regina Alumni.
