In this final course of the Change Management and Innovation Certificate, you will discover that improvement and innovation can be exciting, but often difficult to sustain. Learn proven practices such as Visual Management to help sustain change. You will also gain the tools required to develop and track measurements so that your innovation sticks. This is a required course in the Change Management and Innovation Certificate and must be taken last.

  • Learn to engage others by defining ownership, commitment, and the roles and responsibilities required for change
  • Communicate using Visual Management to aid in effective prioritization and maintain a clear picture of what is getting managed
  • Be able to formalize and standardizing change and implement error proofing processes
  • Lead development and training to share successful development models for change
  • Implement transparent tracking and measurement
  • Create Sustainability Plans which help ensure change is successful and sustainable
