In this final course of the Change Management and Innovation Certificate, you will discover that improvement and innovation can be exciting, but often difficult to sustain. Learn proven practices such as Visual Management to help sustain change. You will also gain the tools required to develop and track measurements so that your innovation sticks. This is a required course in the Change Management and Innovation Certificate and must be taken last.
